We spent an enjoyable New Year's weekend with some old friends in Chicago. We started as a small group from church. We were just four couples then with no children. This weekend we were dominated by our offspring. All together in one house there were seventeen people, 8 adults and 9 children! We had a blast! My favorite time was when the kids went to bed, the adults stayed up until the wee hours of the night, catching up. My children cried when we left, next year we'll be back. What a great memory!
